I’m writing this review mainly for myself- I’ll be honest I know diddly squat about cars and trucks but I do know about quality, good service and great customer service. L&K has worked on our 03 Dodge truck since we bought it. We feel confident knowing we are safe and comfortable driving. We had a heater issue and after a few e-mails and phones calls the issue was resolved. L&K has worked on both our Dodge trucks (the 03 and 1984) and our old reliable 2001 Subaru. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I would never hesitate to recommend L&K.

I took my 2005 Toyota Tacoma to the Heartland Toyota dealership for an oil change. Turned out I had a split cv boot and had them replace it. In order to replace the boot they said they needed to replace the cv axle. (A little sceptical but sure why would they lie.). Next day abs light comes on and abs engages randomly. I took it back figuring they messed up the speed sensor sure enough they did. They proceeded to tell me it was a coincidence and they were not responsible but the kicker is they also said they needed to replace the wheel bearings for a total of just under 2k. I called LK auto the next day and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Was welcomed warmly and they speedily found the bad speed sensor saw there was no need to replace the wheel bearings and I was out the door for under $500 and 2.5 hours. I highly recommend the folks at this shop and will be taking all my vehicles to them from now on and if anyone asks for a trustworthy shop I will highly recommend them! Thank you!

Excellent service, found the problem with my car and fixed it within half a day, after I had gone to 2 other dealerships with no results. Very friendly and helpful staff, will definitely be going back in the future.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service provided. They arranged for towing, installed a new battery, test drove at least twice, and kept me informed on progress. The staff is friendly and the charges were quite reasonable. I would recommend them highly.

This is the first time I had a vehicle repaired at LK's Auto Repair - Bremerton. The repair involved diagnosing improper coolant temperature control along with normal maintenance front and rear brake work. The work was well explained along with estimates and authorizations. A detailed general inspection of the vehicle was also performed, much like a dealer. They seem to be very concerned about your satisfaction and the work looks to have been done correctly. The ability to obtain an appointment and repair turn around was also pretty quick. The 24 month, 24,000 mile warranty (nationwide through NAPA) on most repairs is a plus. I intend to use this repair shop again when needed.
