The shop had very professional customer support, calling and explaining what needed to be done, provided prices on additional items, and then gave me realistic expectations of what would happen with each additional cost if I did or did not choose to fix the items right away. Courteous, and also vacuumed out my car!

There were no appointments available for a couple of weeks, so I left my car with the promise to look at it between jobs. A few days later they called with the problem. They provided the cost for the repairs stating they had to obtain some parts, and a time table for completion. They completed the work on time and for the price quoted to me. Excellent service, very friendly and easy to deal with.

Had diesel in my crankcase due to injector leakage. Bruce replaced 2003 Duramax Diesel injectors. Good interaction with mechanic and front office. Job was done on time and on budget. This will definitely be my diesel shop going forward.

I needed to find a good service provider close to home now that my car is out of warranty. They provided straight forward and prompt service for my oil change at a good price. I will check with them first the next time I need something done.

My mom and her husband were up visiting from Arizona and ended up being delayed here due to health issues. While here she decided to get the AC fixed in her Mercedes Sprinter van. L&K worked with my mom and allowed her to take the van unfinished due to incorrect parts being sent which was not identified until they started the repair. Once mom had another window in her schedule L&K work to get her van and finished before the next round of doctors appointments. Thanks for working with my mom and her medical schedule!
