Prices are very fair and the amount of piece of mind you get knowing your vehicle will be done right make it all worthwhile. Every other shop was booked out weeks in advance but I was able to get my truck in a day after making an appointment and got my truck back the next day. Customer service is excellent and Keith is the man to go to. If you are in need of services, give them a call or stop by! They will work with you and get you back on the road as soon as they can! All their work is warrantied! Definitely coming back if I need more work done!

This is the one auto shop in Kitsap Co. where I trust the owner, the customer service team, and the mechanics. They really do care about you and that your vehicle gets the kind of work done necessary to keep running. As someone with two older vehicles, they know I need specific work done to keep them running. And they bend over backwards to keep them in good shape. Repairs aren't cheap these days - it doesn't matter where you go to get your cars fixed. Blame inflation and supply chain issues on that, not the auto shop. But, LK is always working to find the parts. You can bet that if a part isn't manufactured anymore, they're scouring salvage yards to find parts for your car.

The recommendation of a manager at Auto Zone in Port Angeles to use LK's Auto Repair came as a blessing in disguise after numerous attempts to have my rear shocks installed on my 2001 Jaguar XJ8L at various other locations including my primary service mechanic who asked me to wait until he wasn't so busy. The service was exceptional, the staff was courteous, and the installation of my rear shocks was done as promised with recommendation for other service work that should be addressed. I use LK's for routine servicing and oil changes. All has gone well and I suspect I shall continue to be their customer, and recommend them to others.

A sudden brake issue created the need for a quickly scheduled appointment. Luckily, they were able to work me in that day. Everyone was extremely nice. From the initial phone call to checking out, I was treated very well. The work ended up being a bit more extensive (rotors & brakes), and I also had them perform the oil change and rotate the tires. The technicians were highly professional and efficient. The work done took a few hours and was reasonably priced. I am pleased with the results.

Had my battery die on me, called LK, they got me in within 2 hours. Top notch.

I have two vintage vehicles that I have taken to LK's in the past, recently one went in for some minor work. Both vehicles run like new and a pleasure to drive. I feel very fortunate knowing the vehicles are in good hands and cared for while there. : )
