It's a hit or miss regarding time, but the end results were very satisfying. Took my C10 pick up in for an engine swap (twice) and boy, was it a roller coaster ride of emotions, mostly stress, anxiety, and a little "sigh" sometime, but the team definitely nailed it. Keith really took the time and pick every little detail beyond the scope of his current work and make sure the vehicle is ready to operate safely. Even took time to explain to me what needs to be done. All and all, I am satisfied with the investment so far. The truck is running like a champ and as far as I know, all discrepancies were fixed. Thank You LK team! Update: 16JUL20 Started having problem with few of the parts LK team installed. I am currently in Texas and longer living in Washington. I am relief and glad that LK auto team uphold their words and assisted me in claiming my warranty. Even though I'm out of state. Thank You LK Team, Thee

Incredibly friendly, helpful, and nice. Repeatedly spent several minutes helping me to understand exactly what was going on with my car, what it would cost to fix it, and whether or not it would be worth it in the first place. One of the few mechanic places whose owners still have a fully-intact soul-- they easily could have tried to upsell me into a nearly $4000 repair job, but instead opted to spend their time letting me know the different options, price ranges, and benefits to said options. They've got a customer for life from me and my family.
