It's a hit or miss regarding time, but the end results were very satisfying. Took my C10 pick up in for an engine swap (twice) and boy, was it a roller coaster ride of emotions, mostly stress, anxiety, and a little "sigh" sometime, but the team definitely nailed it. Keith really took the time and pick every little detail beyond the scope of his current work and make sure the vehicle is ready to operate safely. Even took time to explain to me what needs to be done. All and all, I am satisfied with the investment so far. The truck is running like a champ and as far as I know, all discrepancies were fixed. If you’re looking for an honest bunch which won’t do a shoddy job or do anything shady, this is the place. I’ve been to mechanics from Poulsbo to Tacoma and in between. LK has gone above and beyond for our family. Including replacing a radiator for free for after a series of events. The employees are nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Their mechanics are the best I’ve dealt with, especially with the diverse set of skills they possess. We’ve been with LK for a few years and they’ve worked on a Saab and other imports for us. They’ve never disappointed! I recommend for people that are picky with their mechanics. Thank you to everyone down at LK; those who have helped and left and those that are there currently.

Grwat service and great customer service and good prices

This place is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Keith was the most helpful person throughout the entire repair process. He even took time out to help me with my CarMax warranty information, which he didn't have to do. 10 out of 5 stars if I could! I never felt like I was being tricked, oversold, or spoken to in a condescending tone. I knew that everything that was recommended was important, and I never felt pushed to do something I couldn't afford! I will 100% recommend LK's to anyone in the Bremerton area!
