Know the worth of an honest mechanic. These guys are legit. My passenger side power window (2000 civic) got stuck when I rolled it all the way down. I thought I’d have to take the door panel apart but these guys got the job done without breaking into it at all. They did it quickly, free of charge and without taking the opportunity to break into the panel for more profit. An honest mechanic is hard to come by and these guys impressed me today. Thank you Joe Miramontes for your excellent and honest customer service, you’ll be my first call if any car problems arise.

I came in for an oil change and transmission fluid service. while there something was suggested to get done. What I like is that they don't just fix the new issue without telling me and charge me later. I was given the option and did what was suggested. I recommend everyone take their vehicles here.

I moved to Poulsbo last year and had yet to find a mechanic. Naturally, my car decided that now was the time to make sure I found one. After a lot of reading, calling and emailing, I decided to go to LK's Auto. They diagnosed my car quickly and provided a reasonable estimate. We scheduled the service, they ordered the parts and off we went. I explained that I was going out of town and needed my car back the same day. Got my car back in time for my trip, paid LESS than the original estimate and everything is great. I've had good and bad experiences with mechanics and this was one of the best I've had. I would recommend them to anyone!

This place is great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were quick to help us out made sure we knew what was going on with the vehicle. They made sure we were taken care of and it felt nice to get this special treatment. They are also family orientated which is great. Definitely recommend this place.

Honest mechanic, what more could you say? They have a really nice waiting room, would be perfect, if they added phone chargers. In the past I know that they offered a drop off service too. I haven't used it recently, so don't know if they still do, I would think so, because they are super customer oriented.

From the nice, clean bathroom to the comfortable waiting room with snacks I felt welcome at LK's. The thing that hit home most for me was the way they took care of my alignment. I have an Audi S4 and I'm extremely finicky about who works on it. I was referred to LK's from another tire shop and I'm so glad they sent me over. The man who did my alignment (I think his name is Frank) was a real pro and genuinely loved my car. He is an expert with European vehicles (I understand they also have an expert with American models as well) and the knowledge I gained about my vehicle just in speaking with him was quite expansive. I am absolutely certain they will do an amazing job with the items I will be returning to have done. The prices are very reasonable and I love supporting high quality local small business. Use these folks, you won't regret it.

I was concerned about how I was going to be able to get new brakes since I live in a one-vehicle household and work extensive hours. I was out sick for work this week and on a day when I was feeling slightly better, I made a call to LK's Auto to get some pricing info. I've been to LK's before and always had positive experiences there so I knew I'd go to them for my brake service. The customer service that I was provided was incredible. Jo from LK's Auto actually came to pick up my vehicle from my home, perform the brake inspection the next day, and complete my service without me having to do much more than answer my phone a few times and wipe my car key off with an anti-bacterial wipe. I was so worried how I was going to make it all work and I just am amazed at the above and beyond level of customer service LK went to, picking up my vehicle from my home, dropping it back off, and even taking my payment by phone when I was too ill to leave the house. Even more than that was that I was given a lot of diagnostic information about my vehicle and the service wasn't nearly as bad as I was thinking it would be. Now, I don't have to miss any more work to get my service done. Everything about this service and transaction was just ideal, ideal, ideal. I am just so grateful, impressed, and absolutely highly recommend this place.

They will allow you to bring your own part and they will install it for you! Their customer service is fantastic. They will give you a ride to and from your home. They will take the time to explain the bill. Been a loyal customer for the past two years now. Update: I needed a tire patched which is usually free at most places. LK no longer offers this service.

I personally had a horrible experience with LK's Auto Repair Inc and felt deceived, will NEVER do business with them again, But I hope what I experienced was an anomaly & that whomever reads this fares better . Pros: 1) Ride shuttle service Cons: 1) Initially Quoted me $2418 clutch & accessory replacement . Infiniti Dealership quote - $1700 Bucky's Auto Repair quote ( Establishment on same street ) - $1400 In my 23 years of living i have NEVER heard of a mechanic charging over 140% more than the actual DEALERSHIP . 2) I believed my car had a particular problem from my independent research , But LK's auto FLAT OUT to my face REFUSED to fix the known issue without doing a for lack of better words "package deal" . They more or less told me they were going to replace all possible problems to eliminate guess works which is obviously expensive and unacceptable 3) Was originally told my vehicle would be completed in 2 Business days which I though was extremely fast . On the second business day I received no call , so i reached out just to find out the parts just came in that day and would take 2 additional business days 4) I voiced to them I was considering selling the car due to it not being worth the maintenance cost and would install a less expensive clutch assembly available through their manufacturers only for them to tell me they would not install the less expensive parts due to " looking out for the interest of the future buyer" a total disregard for my budget and the FACT that it is my car and my decision to make 5) Finally and worst of all I go to take my car home and the service advisor Mr. Miramontes after voicing my concerns gave me what i viewed as the last slap in the face . I was PROMISED a 2-Year Warranty on these obviously expensive parts, But they decided to use different once again more expensive manufacturer and I was non-nonchalantly informed i would be receiving HALF my warranty on the ironically more expensive parts which at this point I viewed as theft and would not tolerate. Hindsight vision 20/20 I took working with this company as a learning experience and hope that you may learn from my shortcomings. PLEASE get second options people it'll save you in the long run.

As a business we are always concern on a customer review. We are estimating from repairpal. We found as we were testing the vehicle on start off, the clutch had a vibration from the flywheel cause by excessive heat as the disc was worn down to the rivets, caused by getting every mile out the original clutch disc. We also found the hydraulic system leaking out of the clutch master cylinder that added to the cost. If you have a complete written estimate of all the other concerns that we found apond our inspection and they come in lower then we charge we are very happy to clear up any excessive amounts. I'm very sorry the time was beyond your expectations, as we had to acquire these parts. We provide a 2year warranty on any manufacturer defects and workmanship. If you you would like to come in and discuss with me the owner Keith Knowlton I'm very happy to clear this up and give you company credit. Thank you for for your review.
