I was concerned about how I was going to be able to get new brakes since I live in a one-vehicle household and work extensive hours. I was out sick for work this week and on a day when I was feeling slightly better, I made a call to LK's Auto to get some pricing info. I've been to LK's before and always had positive experiences there so I knew I'd go to them for my brake service. The customer service that I was provided was incredible. Jo from LK's Auto actually came to pick up my vehicle from my home, perform the brake inspection the next day, and complete my service without me having to do much more than answer my phone a few times and wipe my car key off with an anti-bacterial wipe. I was so worried how I was going to make it all work and I just am amazed at the above and beyond level of customer service LK went to, picking up my vehicle from my home, dropping it back off, and even taking my payment by phone when I was too ill to leave the house. Even more than that was that I was given a lot of diagnostic information about my vehicle and the service wasn't nearly as bad as I was thinking it would be. Now, I don't have to miss any more work to get my service done. Everything about this service and transaction was just ideal, ideal, ideal. I am just so grateful, impressed, and absolutely highly recommend this place.
