They charge you $120/hour just to look at your vehicle and find the problem. Plus everytime i went in there they said they where booked up solid. I wont be going back to them anymore.

Saved $25 on my engine air filter by going to LK's Auto Repair! The staff were awesome! Joe kindly changed my tail light because he noticed it was out and topped off my fluids at no extra charge! Best service in town!

NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP. This shop will take advantage of you, waste your time and it will cost you more than an arm and a leg. I wouldent recommend this shop to my worst enemy. If you go to this ship they will con you.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE AND YOUR CAR HAS TO BE REPAIRED AT LK AUTO REPAIR IN BREMERTON, YOU MUST, DID I SAY MUST? YES YOU __M__U__S__T__ GET YOUR ESTIMATE IN WRITING BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. WHILE I WAITED FOR MY CAR TO BE COMPLETED I OVERHEARD THIS WOMAN KIM, FRONT OFFICE, ON THE PHONE WITH A CUSTOMER FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES PRESSURING THE CUSTOMER TO HAVE ADDITIONAL WORK DONE, I COULD TELL THE OTHER PERSON WAS QUESTIONING THE NEED, BECAUSE I COULD HEAR HOW SHE RESPONDED. . . SHE ULTIMATELY CONVINCED THE CUSTOMER AND WHEN SHE HUNG UP I HEARD HER SAY TO THE OTHER WORKERS . . . SOMETHING LIKE.. "THAT WAS A LOT OF WORK BUT I GOT IT" AS IF BRAGGING HOW SHE JUST CONNED THE CUSTOMER INTO MORE WORK... NEEDED OR NOT... WHO REALLY KNOWS. I KNOW FROM MY EXPERIENCE THEY DIDN'T HONOR THE ORIGINAL QUOTE AND I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THEM FOR OVERCHARGING ME. I WILL NEVER, DID I SAY NEVER? YES, I WILL __N__E__V__E__R___ GO HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE__NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY

BEWARE!! I had been referred to LK's Auto by Discount Tire, to get the alignment done on my car and was told by Discount Tire that they had a special arrangement for a $59.95 alignment with LK's Auto and Discount Tire suggested I call and set the appointment for an alignment with LK's before installing new tires. I immediately called LK and explained to the girl who scheduled the appointment, what Discount Tire told me and she agreed, she went on to ask specific questions and agreed that the special price was $59.99. So, 3 days later I had the tires installed at Discount Tire and then went over to LK's Auto for my appointment. When done, they charged me $118.65! The service adviser Tim McClintock (the weasel) stated that they "no longer have the special deal" and further told me that it requires a coupon and refused to honor the original price quoted - of course not telling me this until AFTER they completed the work... Tim McClintock (the weasel), went on for over 5 minutes arguing with me.. and called Discount Tires... who explained from their side what happened. Tim the weasel refused and told me that Discount Tire is responsible... well, no... Tim refused to hear... that the girl who booked the appointment also confirmed the special. Discount Tire I must say stepped up and covered the difference because LK refused to do the right thing.... Discount Tire Bremerton- YES!! LK's Auto. NO GOOD. If you must use these crooks, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE THEY START THE WORK or you too will be in for a big surprise!!
