SHE ULTIMATELY CONVINCED THE CUSTOMER AND WHEN SHE HUNG UP I HEARD HER SAY TO THE OTHER WORKERS . . . SOMETHING LIKE.. "THAT WAS A LOT OF WORK BUT I GOT IT" AS IF BRAGGING HOW SHE JUST CONNED THE CUSTOMER INTO MORE WORK... NEEDED OR NOT... WHO REALLY KNOWS. I KNOW FROM MY EXPERIENCE THEY DIDN'T HONOR THE ORIGINAL QUOTE AND I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THEM FOR OVERCHARGING ME. I WILL NEVER, DID I SAY NEVER? YES, I WILL __N__E__V__E__R___ GO HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE__NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY
