I personally had a horrible experience with LK's Auto Repair Inc and felt deceived, will NEVER do business with them again, But I hope what I experienced was an anomaly & that whomever reads this fares better . Pros: 1) Ride shuttle service Cons: 1) Initially Quoted me $2418 clutch & accessory replacement . Infiniti Dealership quote - $1700 Bucky's Auto Repair quote ( Establishment on same street ) - $1400 In my 23 years of living i have NEVER heard of a mechanic charging over 140% more than the actual DEALERSHIP . 2) I believed my car had a particular problem from my independent research , But LK's auto FLAT OUT to my face REFUSED to fix the known issue without doing a for lack of better words "package deal" . They more or less told me they were going to replace all possible problems to eliminate guess works which is obviously expensive and unacceptable 3) Was originally told my vehicle would be completed in 2 Business days which I though was extremely fast . On the second business day I received no call , so i reached out just to find out the parts just came in that day and would take 2 additional business days 4) I voiced to them I was considering selling the car due to it not being worth the maintenance cost and would install a less expensive clutch assembly available through their manufacturers only for them to tell me they would not install the less expensive parts due to " looking out for the interest of the future buyer" a total disregard for my budget and the FACT that it is my car and my decision to make 5) Finally and worst of all I go to take my car home and the service advisor Mr. Miramontes after voicing my concerns gave me what i viewed as the last slap in the face . I was PROMISED a 2-Year Warranty on these obviously expensive parts, But they decided to use different once again more expensive manufacturer and I was non-nonchalantly informed i would be receiving HALF my warranty on the ironically more expensive parts which at this point I viewed as theft and would not tolerate. Hindsight vision 20/20 I took working with this company as a learning experience and hope that you may learn from my shortcomings. PLEASE get second options people it'll save you in the long run.

As a business we are always concern on a customer review. We are estimating from repairpal. We found as we were testing the vehicle on start off, the clutch had a vibration from the flywheel cause by excessive heat as the disc was worn down to the rivets, caused by getting every mile out the original clutch disc. We also found the hydraulic system leaking out of the clutch master cylinder that added to the cost. If you have a complete written estimate of all the other concerns that we found apond our inspection and they come in lower then we charge we are very happy to clear up any excessive amounts. I'm very sorry the time was beyond your expectations, as we had to acquire these parts. We provide a 2year warranty on any manufacturer defects and workmanship. I came in recently to have the motor of my window replaced. It was a bit pricey but the guys were easy to work with and had great communication. They have a comfortable waiting room if you need to wait; and overall their service reps where friendly.

From start to finish, Joe and the rest of the staff at LK’s we’re great. Car problems are never fun, but the team was able to keep me at ease and get my car back on the road in a timely manner. Being new to the area, I was unsure where to go, but the reviews at LK’s speak for themselves! I will definitely bring my car back to them and I won’t hesitate to refer them to others! Way to go!

Professionalism from the moment I walked in the door. When I needed a presale vehicle inspection done they provided me photos is all issues found and explained everything thoroughly-thank you Alex. On another occasion they were willing to come to my residence and pick up my car and take it for repairs and return the vehicle to my residence. It was so wonderful not having to take time off work for car repairs-thank you Keith!

Took my RV to these folks last July (2017) to have new coach batteries installed. The job was done on time and on budget. Communication was friendly, but I did have to call for status instead of the vendor calling me. I have heard both good and bad comments from folks around Bremerton, but I think overall this shop has a good reputation and takes care of their customers.

I moved to Poulsbo last year and had yet to find a mechanic. Naturally, my car decided that now was the time to make sure I found one. After a lot of reading, calling and emailing, I decided to go to LK's Auto. They diagnosed my car quickly and provided a reasonable estimate. We scheduled the service, they ordered the parts and off we went. I explained that I was going out of town and needed my car back the same day. Got my car back in time for my trip, paid LESS than the original estimate and everything is great. I've had good and bad experiences with mechanics and this was one of the best I've had. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called to see if LK Auto could do a transmissions service on my motor home,Joe that answered the phone he needed to see it to make sure which transmission it had and to quote me cost since I was in it and about two blocks away I said I could come by right now Joe said no bring it in the next morning. Next morning I arrive around 9 Joe goes out looks at motor home comes in says no problem they can service it. We talk about different types of service from dropping pan and changing filter to using a machine they have that flushes the entire system does not require dropping pan and does a much better job I am told and would cost $350 to $400, I think this is high but agree and told to bring it in the following Wednesday which I did right when they opened. Later in the day I receive a phone call from Joe telling me that to drop the pan change fluid install new filter was going to cost $450, I said hold on you told me the best way was to use your machine flush system and not to drop the pan why the change, He hesitates for a second then says oh I thought you wanted to drop the pan to which I replied no you said it was better to go with flush system which I agreed tohe reply's it is let me get you a price for that which he comes back with a price of $525 so from$350 now to $525 I have lost my confidence in LK and ask what I owe at this time, he says nothing so I tell him throw the keys back inside lock the door and I'll pick it up later as I have no faith or trust in LK to work on any of my vehicles after this episode which is sad as I have five rigs and was looking for a close good, honest place to take all my vehicles to but this place is not for me.

Professional and prompt. Great place to go for auto repairs and service. The shuttle was a nice touch. I didn't have to bug someone for rides.
