We were in a pickle, we had just towed our 29' travel trailer to Belfair State Park when the warning of a oil pressure sensor failure. We only had one day to get it fixed as we arrived on a Saturday and had to leave on Tuesday due to family emergency. We left a message and Jenelle called us back promptly when they opened on Monday morning and was able to squeeze us in because of the towing situation. We were so blessed by their professional customer service and the kindness Janelle showed to us in our time of need. Janelle was very professional and showed empathy to our situation.
