I am very happy with the business at Lks. They are always nice and courteous and friendly and always seem to work with you when you're trying to get things fixed. They explain everything to you how much it's gonna cost what needs to be done. I don't feel pressured. I don't feel that they push anything on me that doesn't need to be done and that's why I like going there. I think they have the best prices in town. Overall I am very happy with them and will continue to take my vehicles there. Keith the owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful.

I would like to give a special appreciation to Jenell and Jeff for their outstanding customer service, also to the mechanics who worked on my 2011 Subaru outback when the check engine light came on brake warning light flashing, the electric stability light and cruise flashing all due to the replacement of thermostats with OEM part great job. They did not give up because it took a few time. OEM THERMOSTATS!! ENJOY & THANKS 😊 🙏

LK's Auto Repair is hands down the only place I trust to work on my vehicles! The honesty and sincere customer service is always abundant. The owner is one of the nicest gentlemen you will ever meet, he truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Trust me when I say you are in good hands!

I have had amazing experiences with LK's auto on two separate occasions. Both times my vehicle barely made it to the shop it was in such bad shape. I waited at the shop for my first visit, and they have a very nice customer service waiting area that made the wait easy. The second visit they were able to shuttle me to the shop once my vehicle was done even though the snowy weather was terrible, and it was almost time for them to close. The mechanic that worked on my Jeep JKU talked to me on both visits to let me know everything that he had found and how he fixed it. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great shop that deals professionally with aftermarket parts and services. Excellent experience's that will bring me back to them in the future.

These guys do great work, outstanding service. Took my 2011 subaru outback in for oil change, new battery, radiator flush, and replacement of serpentine belt. Now she runs great! Outstanding!

Nobody likes to spend money on Auto repairs, but if you have you, I recommend you spend it here. The entire staff (that I worked with or spoke to) was incredibly friendly and professional and they were great about contacting me with status updates and any pay increases or decreases for the work being done and sought approval before moving forward so there wouldn't be any surprises. My work was warrantied for 2 years and my car is running like new, thanks to them. Will definitely be using them again for future needs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took in my truck for the front suspension lift and rear tires replacement. About 2-3 hrs job. It took several days but they finally fixed everything. Very polite service advisor. Thanks,

Amanda and Jeff were amazing. After having my car towed over, the process and transaction was seamless. They even stayed after closing so that I could retrieve my daughter’s car seat that was left in thier shuttle. I’ll be choosing LKs for future auto repairs.
