My experience was fantastic, all of the staff was extremely knowledgeable about all the repairs I have had done. One service writer In particular by the name of joe Miramontez has always gone above and beyond to ensure that I am fully understanding of the repairs that take place. Highly recommend in my opinion

Since i have had my car I have been to a few other shop and i can honestly say that Lk's it the best place in Kitsap. It's the only shop I trust and will not take my Mini Coop anywhere else. The customer service is amazing and Fred the Mechanic is the best mechanic in town. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Took my car in to get an alignment after getting new wheels and tires due to a friend sliding into a curb and having vibrations while driving. The new wheels helped but I knew there was more wrong. They put the car up on the rack and brought me out to show me what they found, and their solution. They fixed it and now the car runs smooth. Also had them do alot of general maintenance since I hadn't had the car for 3 years while overseas. Helped the overall performance of the car greatly. Thanks Joe.

Right from the get go everyone was friendly and helpful. No pressure to get extra service they just give you free advice on what to look for on future visit. Pricing was fair and cheaper then most when I compared. This has become the new home for our three vechicles and I highly recommend that people at least give them chance because it's my opinion you won't go anywhere else either.

I trust LK's with all my cars. They do a great job, and they don't try to sell me extra service like the dealerships do. They use email as well as phone to book appointments which is great for me. They're family owned and support the community too. Truly a gem in the community.

Joe has gone above and beyond to help me and explain every little detail with frequent updates to make me feel confident that my car would be taken care of. I was compelled to write this review after working with this repair shop. This shop went above and beyond, in my opinion of what was required. After having some issues after an initial repair (unrelated). They took my car in a for a complete review and after diagnosis brought it back to my home so I could attend to family matters. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Especially after this experience.

Hi, This is Kim from LK's. I noticed a review by Marc and I would like to respond. I am so sorry you misinterpreted my conversation the other day, I was helping a gentleman that has English as a second language. I was doing my best make sure he understood exactly what we needed to do to his vehicle to fix it. Anyone that knows me or LK's Auto Repair knows that we do not push unneeded repairs on our customers. We make sure the customer understands and agrees to any repairs we have recommended. I was glad when my customer finally "Got it" (understood repairs). Honesty and integrity are how we do business.
