I have had my car in several times for different things and have had great experience every time. They were very helpful. Explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. All was at a good price. Several friends have had good/Great service. Seems like some people want work done for free or at a cheap price. Doesnt work that way. I would highly recommend them for your auto service needs.

We have had several occasions to experience the quality work of LK's Auto Repair, and find them to be both professional and honest. They take really good care of their customers. All the work we have had done has been completed on time or sooner and their estimates are always right on. We will use them again if needed on our new car.

I enjoy the front guys and gals who are so knowledgeable and patient with me since I am not mechanically knowledgeable. I have been depending on them to keep my beloved older Jeep running and in good shape. They are honest with me and transport me home during more lengthy jobs. I have been with them for many years.

I really would think twice before taking your vehicle to this place, overpriced and even though staff may be decent they are not the sharpest tool on the shed, dropped damn near 2 grand on the clutch job, smh.. just nonsense dealing with them spend way more on rentals cause loner cars are a woke!

Had a small issue where I didn't have the tools to fix my problem, so I contacted LK for a quote through the yelp app. Tim called me shortly afterwards and set up an appointment for me the next day. Dishonest business! Went there last year for a door switch problem on my Expedition. They insisted it was my door latch and replaced it with a used part (I never asked to use used over new). Door latch did not fix my problem. I told them to replace it with my old latch so I wouldn't be charged for the part. They took about $700 from me that day just for labor! They insisted a brand new latch will fix my problem and that they will expedite an order for a latch and give me a "discount" for the labor to put the new door latch in. When I asked what would be the next course of action if the new latch wouldn't fix my problem they again told me to not worry it will fix my problem. I felt scammed by these people. We continued for months with this door switch problem (door lights on, car didn't register the door was actually closed) because we didn't want to pay several hundred more. My husband came home from working in another state and took apart the door to try to troubleshoot himself. They took my door ajar switch completely out! They cheated me for a door latch and charged me hundreds for labor I didn't need. Not to mention they technically stole from me, even if it was a broken part. Stay from these people!

By far the best auto shop in KITSAP county! Every employee has a great attitude and will work with you. Weather it's trying to find the best deal for your repair without any lost in quality or bringing you into the shop, to show and explain what is recommended or wrong with your vehicle, you know your car is in great hands. You know that uneasy feeling you get when you walk into a shop? You won't get that here. From inside the shop into the waiting area is clean and comfortable. These guys take pride in their work. Any employer that just lets their employees leave in the middle of the day to rescue their moms...has got to be commended on how they treat and feel about their employees...My son has never had a better job....he likes going to work and feels respected by his employer and his co-workers...doesn't get much better than that...And if they are that accomadating to their employees...you know they go out of their way for their customers. Hope people will go there next time they have a need for great mechanics and customer service...give them a try...
